At Prime Resume Africa, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized career documents.
This policy explains how we handle service delivery, revisions, and refunds.

Delivery Policy

We provide all services digitally via email or WhatsApp.

🕒 Standard Delivery:

Drafts are delivered within 3–5 working days of receiving full client details and payment.
Executive packages may take up to 5–7 working days due to additional consultation steps.

⚡ Express Service:

Available on request for an additional fee (typically 24–48 hours turnaround).

📤 Final Delivery:

Once approved, clients receive the final CV, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn updates (if applicable) in Word and PDF formats.
Files are stored securely for 30 days in case you need re-sending.

Revision Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your documents.
That’s why each package includes one (1) free revision within 7 days of receiving your first draft.

Additional revisions beyond this period, or significant career-direction changes, may incur a small revision fee.

Refund Policy

Because our services are personalized and time-intensive, refunds are limited.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

The client requests cancellation before work has started (within 24 hours of payment).
Prime Resume Africa fails to deliver any draft within the agreed timeframe without prior communication.

Refunds will not apply once:

A draft has been sent to the client.
The client fails to provide required information within a reasonable time.
The delay is caused by client unresponsiveness.

All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting your order.
Respond promptly to feedback requests or revision drafts.
Keep communication lines open via email or WhatsApp.
