These Terms of Service govern your use of our website primeresumeafrica.com, and all services we offer including CV writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and consulting.
By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Prime Resume Africa provides:

  • Professional CV and résumé writing
  • Cover letter creation and editing
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Career consultation and interview coaching

We deliver services digitally via email or online platforms, based on the package purchased.

Ordering and Payment

  • All service requests must be submitted through our website order form, Google form, or WhatsApp chat.
  • Payments are accepted through Paystack (Card, USSD, Transfer) or direct bank transfer.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment (unless otherwise stated, such as a Pay-after-draft agreement).
  • Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after we receive all required client information and documents.
  • Express delivery (within 48 hours) may be available at an additional fee.
  • Drafts will be sent to clients for review, and final versions delivered after approval.

Revisions

  • Each CV package includes one (1) free revision within 7 days of first draft delivery.
  • Additional revisions or content changes after this period may attract an extra charge.
  • Revisions must align with the original job target — completely new directions may require a new order.

Refund Policy

Because our services are personalized and time-based, refunds are limited.
Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started, and the client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe (without prior communication).

Once a draft has been delivered, no refund is applicable, as creative work has already been completed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and career information.
  • Review drafts promptly and provide feedback for revisions.
  • Ensure the final CV content is factually correct (education, experience, etc.).

We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in client-supplied information.

Confidentiality

All information and documents shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
CVs and supporting documents are securely stored and deleted after project completion or upon request.

Intellectual Property

All CV templates, designs, and written materials created by Prime Resume Africa remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After delivery and payment, you are granted full personal use rights for your documents.

You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our materials commercially.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Resume Africa is not responsible for:

  • Job outcomes or employer decisions after using our services
  • Errors caused by incorrect client data
  • Delays due to force majeure or technical issues beyond our control

We provide no guarantee of employment — we help increase your chances through better presentation and strategy.
